Wills
Did you know that without a Will and testament, your estate will be distributed according to the intestacy rules so those you wish to inherit your estate may get nothing. Worse still, if you have no living relatives then your estate may go to the Treasury.
It is vital to have a Will if you have children or dependants as without one there will be uncertainty as to who will look after and provide for them. Also without a Will a cohabitee has no automatic rights to your estate.
